Refined sugar free chocolate brownies
Guilt free choc brownies - packed with iron, protein, low in sugar. These will keep you feeling full, enjoying a desert without sugar crashes! Great for the week before menstruation to curb cravings and absorb extra magnesium and iron!
Ingredients:
1 can black beans drained and rinsed
½ cup honey OR sugar free 1/2 cup stevia
⅓ cup coconut oil melted
¼ cup cacao powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt
2 large eggs
Handful of cacao nibs * optional
Handful of walnuts * optional

Can be vegan by swapping the eggs for 1 teaspoon chia seeds in water 15 x minutes before adding to mix + using maple syrup in replacement of honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8×8″ baking pan and set aside.
Put beans, coconut oil, and sweetener or honey into a blender and mix until well combined.
Add cacao powder, salt, baking powder. Blend until smooth.
Add in eggs and blend until just combined.
Mix in cacao nibs and walnuts by hand.
Pour into lined 8×8-inch pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. The less you cook it the more gooey it is! ENJOY!!
